Note: The price per person exposed is valid for a minimum of 4 adult occupants. In case of application of the daily rate per person, children under 2 years are accommodated free of charge. From 2 to 12 years we practice a discount of 50%, outside the high season.

Our prices include all costs, except the heating, which will be charged at the actual consumption rate (with a maximum applied tariff of 2.5 € per hour).

Prices include:
– bed linen and towels, changed weekly;
– final cleaning – except the kitchen, which has to be clean at the end of your holiday;
– electricity, water and gas;
– baby cot / high chair;
– washing machine use,
– pool with solarium.

Payment: inquire for details.

Caution: we require a deposit of € 100, which is refunded just before you leave as long as the apartment is returned without damages.

The arrival of our guests is scheduled from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.; the apartments must be vacated by 10 am. Outside of the summer time, arrivals and departures can be arranged at different times.

Small pets are allowed, as long as they can respect the other guests and interior furniture.

Our farm is closed from 10th January to 28th February.
